Then she said, 'I cannot thank you enough. I have been searching for the Truth with God my entire life… [she's now 78 and was a Catholic] …and believe God has answered my prayer. I cannot thank you enough. Please forgive my typos.' She has an eye problem and so it takes her a little time to do it. So she said, 'I'm excited about my re-baptism.' She wants to be baptized again. So, that is good; very good.

Now, we don't know how many other people out there are tuning in and listening. Since they have so many things coming in on them video-wise, audio-wise—everything that they do--that many people take a lot of time to sort it out to try and figure out what's right and wrong, because there are so many people out there with their lies.

Item #2—I need to hold this up to you. Here is this (holding up pictures—seen on the video).

• Barack Obama: 'I cannot tell the truth'
• Joe Biden: He can't tell the difference
• Putin: 'Why should I attack America when you already have Democrats for that?'

Look at what's happening. And you think about what's going to happen if Harris and Walz get in. It's like Trump says, and I think he understands it correctly. America is over!

Why is that going to happen? That is because when you read the Constitution of the United States, it is the only Constitution that believes in God as Creator Who gives inalienable rights. Only God gives rights! Governments can only give permission! That is the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

That's exactly what the Bible wants for everyone based on the Word of God. But we have kicked God out of everything in our lives. God is being kicked out of the churches by subversion. We know what that's like, those of us who've been in the Church of God for a long time.

But when people leave God, guess who is there with a friendly handout? Satan the devil! Where does that lead? Now, you go to our other website, Church at Home {churchathome.org}, and you look up:

Because it is true, the more that people leave God, the more that they come into evil. We have right now evil coming in!

Here's a picture. I'll hold it up. I don't think you can see it. But these are all celebrities dressed up in all kinds of makeup and costumes portraying Satan the devil.

Because it just exactly like it says there in Rev. 13, after you get done with Rev. 12:9, Satan is deceiving the whole world, and IF he's deceiving it, THEN he's controlling it.

Then Rev. 13 concerning the coming world government and the world leader, they worship the beast—the world leader—and Satan!

Remember what Satan promised Jesus if Jesus would worship him? Satan took Him to a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time, and said, 'IF You [Jesus] will bow down and worship me, I will give you all of these, for they have been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I will.'

So, we're right at that stage right now in America. More and more and more incursion!

Now, I'm sure that everyone saw what happened in Colorado with the Venezuelan gangs coming in with weapons and taking over an apartment house. I want you to think on what's going to happen, as we have read how many times, when 'the stranger within you will get high above you, and you shall be brought very low.'

All of that is a fulfillment, a prophecy, because of our sins in rejecting God. Now, there are various levels of believing in God, and there are various levels of believing in Satan the devil.

• you have those who are not so good
• you have those who are pretty good
• you have those who are not so bad
• you have those who are evil

Here's a truism that you can apply to everything:

• Righteousness and Truth result in blessings and Life

on the other hand

• Sin and lies result in catastrophe and death

Always does! Whatever level you want:

• a personal level
• a family level
• a community level
• a national level
• a world level

Right now we're on a world level where sin and lies are bringing about catastrophes and death!

Have you ever heard of crises? Yeah, we hear it every day! However, you're never told what that word is in the Greek, pronounced exactly the same, 'crises'—judgment!Every crisis is a judgment from God, or the result of our sins or our neglect.

Item #3—Here's one little thing that we need to keep in mind:

• it's actually a big thing, but it's a little thing
• it's actually a gigantic thing, but a very small thing

That's what we had recently this month, and:

The outage is estimated to have caused at least $5.4 billion in profit losses and it only lasted about a day.

So what it did, it disrupted:

• the banks
• airline networks
• emergency calls
• online retailers
• numerous corporate networks

It was because one man—working with CrowdStrike—put in the wrong information and that whole system collapsed! Think about it!

It is good we have all this digital material and we can do the things like we're doing with live streaming, with the services, with the things that we do with the websites and everything like that. That is all good. But remember that everything is only one flick of the switch of taking it all away.

All of those who have their life on their smart-phone and have not made preparations for hard-paper copies are going to be out of luck. There are a lot of things you can do on the smart-phones; that's good as long as everything works! But we're getting to a point of more and more and more control, and couple that with shorter and shorter attention spans.

A shorter attention span means not enough mental capacity to understand the details of things that are going on or the effects of what it's going to do.

Item #4—The whole world establishment in religion, in government, in pharmacy—and I'll bring up something here concerning pharmacies in just a minute—and in education. It's all being controlled more and more by Satan the devil, because he is out of the box/closet!

Now they have just discovered, and this was in South Korea. Remember the vaccine that they were to take for COVID: Pfizer? This was found in Pfizer's, not the others. But I'm going to bring you something off the wall that you may not think has any connection to it.

The establishment people of the world want to reduce the human population greatly. Some say by about 5-billion, and you think: 'Oh, what an exaggeration!' All right, not so!

Let me tell you what happened with the Pfizer. In testing for people who had the Pfizer injection in South Korea, they found that those extra ingredients in there like the mRNA[transcriber's correction] went to the reproductive organs of men and women to make them sterile.

Now then, doesn't this tell us something very important, that Satan is active? Unless we are on God's side, it's going to be 'hell to pay'!

The Democratic National Convention (DNC) concluded last week, but there's still much to break down. On Friday's episode of "Washington Watch," Director of Family Research Council's Center for Biblical Worldview David Closson and Senior Fellow for Biblical Worldview and Strategic Engagement Joseph Backholm did just that. From a biblical worldview, the two experts tackled some of the themes from this year's DNC, including the promotion of abortion through all nine months of pregnancy…

Now then, I covered last week concerning abortion and how that the innocent blood of 62-million is hanging over this nation. We need to take a warning and we need to be prepared. While it looks like that Trump may be elected President, don't count on it, because the Democrats have 62-million women, plus the men, who want abortion.

Now that is a large problem in America and other countries of the world. God is not taking that lightly! Sooner or later, the guillotine of correction from God for abortion is going to be over all of that wanton murder is going to come!We're seeing some of it right now with the 12 to 15 million illegal immigrants.

So look for if Trump gets in, it's going to be a bloody first year trying to get rid of all of them. Look at the gangs. They reported with the gangs trying to take over the apartment in Colorado. The gangs have already gotten together. They know that different gangs have this section of the country, other gangs have this section of the country, and so forth. So, they've already divided it down!

The more lawlessness, the more Satan controls! This has been typical all the way down through time.

When the Apostle Paul came to Athens, the center of all pagan religion: Diana, Zeus, Athena, Nike, all of the gods right there at Mars Hill. They heard what Paul was preaching in the marketplace, so the philosophers wanted to know, 'What is this guy speaking about? Strange gods to us.'

Well isn't that the way it is today? The true Jesus and the true God are strange to many people! Let's see what happened. They wanted to know; they didn't understand about the teachings that Paul was bringing about Jesus Christ, repentance and salvation.

Acts 17:19: "And they took him and brought him to Mars Hill, saying, 'May we know what this new teaching is that is spoken by you? For you are bringing certain strange things to our ears….'" (vs 19-20)

Just like today. People are actually amazed about what's in the Bible when they read the Bible the way the Bible should be read, rather than interpreted by the theologians today who are philosophers just like back there.

So, they take the right to themselves to interpret in a way that fits their philosophies, rather than interpreting the Bible in the way the Bible says it should be interpreted.

"…'So then, we desire to know what these things mean.' (Now, all the Athenians and the strangers sojourning among them spent their leisure in nothing other than to tell and to hear something new.)" (vs 20-21). Just like today! 'What's new? What's new?'

Verse 22: "Then Paul stood in the center of Mars Hill and said, 'Men, Athenians, I perceive that in all things you are very reverent to deities.'"

That means reverent to demons, because all the religions of the pagans is nothing more than satanism and demonism! It always breaks down into lawlessness and destruction, just like we're witnessing today.

Verse 23: "'For as I was passing through and observing the objects of your veneration, I also found an altar on which was inscribed "To an unknown God."….'"—Superstitious!

They had all these other pagan gods, all demons,  Satan inspired, but they wanted to make sure that they had all their bases covered, so they put up a little placard saying this is a devotion to the 'unknown God.' So ,Paul said. 'You want to hear something new?

"'…So then, He Whom you worship in ignorance is the One that I proclaim to you'" (v 23)--that is it the one!

Many people today are worshiping demons instead of Christ; other gods instead of the true God. So, history repeats itself and we have this permeating the whole world. But let's understand what Paul said so that we know:

Verse 24: "He is the God Who made the world and all things that are in it. Being the Lord of heaven and earth, He does not dwell in temples made by hands; nor is He served by the hands of men, as though He needs anything, for He gives to all life and breath and all things" (vs 24-25).

That was amazing for them to hear, but this is true down through history. Every human being has life and breath because of God!

• He created us through the process of procreation
• He created us male and female
• we're created in His image for a great purpose

He has given us free moral agency and we are to choose. He set before us life and death, blessing and cursing, and the cursings are if you don't obey there will be a penalty!

God says, 'I put this before you, but that I command you to love the Lord your God and serve Him, that it may be well with you and with your seed'! This is what Paul is teaching them there!

Verse 26: "And He made of one blood all the nations of men to dwell upon all the face of the earth, having determined beforehand their appointed times and the boundaries of their dwelling."

God made us to seek Him, is what Paul is explaining; that you can have all these other things you're seeking after, but it's not going to work out.

Verse 27: "In order that they might seek the Lord, if perhaps they might feel after Him and might find Him; though truly, He is not far from each one of us…then Paul brings the reality of everything right home] …For in Him… [every human being, regardless of age, regardless of nationality] …we live…" (vs 27-28).

• you breathe because of God
• you think because of God.
• you are able to work, do and produce things because of what God has created

We all need air, water and food to survive physically. But the truth is, everything that there is—from the greatest of the galaxies in the heavens down to the smallest little nano that cannot be seen—God has made!

Verse 28: "For in Him we live and move and have our being… [everyone, everything about you] …as some of the poets among you also have said, 'For we are His offspring.' Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we should not think that the Godhead is like that which is made of gold, or silver, orstone—a graven thing of art devised by the imagination of man; for although God has indeed overlooked the times of this ignorance, He now commands all men everywhere to repent" (vs 28-30).

Because there's a day He's going to judge the world, and that day's coming! We're living in it right now. Let's look at a prophecy in Deut. 31, which covers all people as well as the children of Israel. Moses lays it out for all the children of Israel to understand.

• the laws and commandments of God are given for our well-being
• the laws and commandments of God are based upon God's love to us and our love back to God

But in the mix is human free moral agency, independent free moral agency that we all have!

We need to choose, but we have human nature in us, which makes us inclined to sin. That's why all the children need correct instruction about God! Look at what is happening to the generation now that has been given over to Satan the devil through the educational system that we have.

Here we have right just before Moses was about to die, and he wrote the whole book of Deuteronomy

Deuteronomy 31:25: "Then Moses commanded the Levites who carried the Ark of the Covenant of the LORD, saying, 'Take this Book of the Law… [all the statutes, judgments, everything that is there in Gen., Exo., Num., Lev., and Deut.] …and put it in the side of the Ark of the Covenant of the LORD your God, so that it may be there for a witness against you'" (vs 25-26).

As Paul brought out, we now have the witness of everything that God has made, that we live and move and have our being in Him!

Verse 27[transcriber's correction]: "For I know your rebellion and your stiff neck. Behold, while I am still alive with you today, you have been rebellious against the LORD. And how much more after my death?"

Look at it! You can take the same thing today. Whenever we remove God from:

• our schools
• our courts
• our governments
• in the churches

What do we have? Great rebellion!

Verse 29: "For I know that after my death you will become utterly corrupt, and turn aside from the way, which I have commanded you…."

Turn away from God, because free moral agency—when it becomes rebellious and against God—will go out and do almost anything rather than admit there is God.

As a result, Moses continues; "…And evil will befall you in the latter days because you will do evil in the sight of the LORD to provoke Him to anger through the work of your hands" (v 29).

That's exactly what we have today, right here today; it has been in every generation going down through time.

Now this becomes really important because here is a witness. Look at how many times that God says, 'heaven and earth.'

Remember what Jesus said about the prophecies there in Matt. 24? How many times that He warned that there would be false prophets and even doing great signs and wonders, and that people would go after them?

Then what He said when He was about to end it, 'Heaven and earth may pass away, but My Words shall never pass away.'

Deuteronomy 32:1: "Give ear, O heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. My teachings shall drop as the rain; my speech shall drop down as the dew, as the small rain on the tender plant, and as the showers on the grass" (vs 1-2).

In other words, everything started out for the children of Israel with blessing from God in every way

Verse 3: "Because I will proclaim the name of the LORD, and ascribe greatness to our God. He is the Rock…" (vs 3-4).

Of course, we know in the New Testament that Christ is that Rock! And Paul wrote that the Rock that followed them was Christ!

"…His work is perfect for all His ways are just, a God of faithfulness, and without iniquity; just and upright is He" (v 4)—always!

The conundrum of human nature is that we want all the blessings of God, but we want to do it our way! Then that opens the door for Satan to come in.

Verse 5: "They have corrupted themselves: they are not His children; it is their blemish; they are a crooked and perverse generation."

That's coming! Remember what He said in the latter days, we are a crooked and perverse generation! That's what we're facing today.

As lawlessness increases, Satan's power increases.

Verse 5: "They have corrupted themselves: they are not His children; it is their blemish; they are a crooked and perverse generation. Is this the way you pay back to the LORD, O foolish and unwise people? Is He not your Father Who bought you? Has He not made you and established you? Remember the days of old; consider the years of many generations. Ask your father, and he will show you; your elders, and they will tell you" (vs 5-7).

Now that's what it should be! We should be taught God's way continually without adjusting, without changing, or giving our opinion to it God's way.

That's what we need to look at. But let's look and see what people do. Eduardo did a real good job of explaining the first Psalm, so we will read the second Psalm, which shows that this is actually preaching the Gospel and the coming of Christ. How that the nations at the end-time are all going to be consumed in the lawlessness of Satan the devil.

Psalm 2:1: "Why do the nations rage and the people plot in vain?"

It's exactly what we're doing. I've got a thick document of everything that the United Nations and many, many different organizations are working together to bring in the world government. They are making progress at it. We don't know how quick it's going to come. We don't know the exact timeframe in which it's going to come. But we know from Rev. 13 that it will come.

Verse 2: "The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together against the LORD and against His Christ, saying, 'Let us break Their bands asunder and cast away Their cords from us'" (vs 2-3).

In other words, whenever you get rid of God, lawlessness comes and Satan moves in. This is what we're seeing now; that's right there in v 3!

Verse 4: "He Who sits in the heavens laughs; the LORD scoffs at them. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, and in His fury He terrifies them" (vs 4-5).

• that's the coming of Christ
• that's the setting up of the Kingdom of God

All contained right there in the first six verses!

Verse 6: "Yea, I have set My King upon Zion, My Holy mountain." This is what's going to happen; Christ is going to return!

Here's another thing that happens, and here we are today.

The other day I was watching astronomers explaining how the planet Venus was formed. They always start with what God has already created and suppose that all of this came together itself. They end up being foolish, and they are the ones who should be testifying of the great creation of God, rather than looking at it to say that this all came together itself. So, here's what God says in:

Psalm 14:1: "The fool has said in his heart, 'There is no God!'"

That's exactly why we have today, and that's exactly why we have all the problems in the world, all the problems in whatever country you live in, because you're rejecting the true God.

Now there are those who claim to be Christian, but are really not! There are those who claim that they know God, but they do not know God!

• How do you know that a minister is a minister of God?
• What is the test?

Let's see what the test is. Very interesting indeed! This is talking of Christ, but it also applies to all those who are appointed by Christ to preach the Gospel.

John 3:31—talking about Christ: "He Who comes from above is above all. The one who is of the earth is earthly, and speaks of the earth. He Who comes from heaven is above all, and what He has seen and heard, this is what He testifies; but no one receives His testimony. The one who has received His testimony has set his seal that God is true" (vs 31-33).

What does that mean? That means anyone who takes the Word of God and all the known facts that are there and:

• proves that there is a true God
• proves that Jesus is the true Messiah, the Savior of the world

Then he sets his seal that God is true! Very much like Eduardo said in his message.

Here's how you test for anyone who comes and says they're from God:

Verse 34: "The one whom God has sent speaks the words of God."

Now, that's quite a statement. That's speaking about Christ! But also, that is anyone who takes upon himself to speak anything about God. IF you don't speak the words of God, THEN you have:

• your own ideas
• your own religion
• your own imagination

"…and God gives not the Spirit by measure unto Him." (v 34). He has the Spirit of God to do it. So there we have it!

Now, let's look and see what happens when people reject God or become like they are there in Psa. 14. Then we will see how Satan moves in.

Psalm 14:2: The LORD looks down from heaven... [all that ties in with Acts 17] …upon the children of men to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God. They have all turned aside, together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, no, not even one" (vs 2-3).

The result of that then is lawlessness. Look at how it is. I mean, think about it. We. Today. are inundated with more lies pounded into our minds into our heads than any other generation in the history of the world. So then, he goes on here:

Verse 4: "Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, those who devour My people as men eat bread and do not call upon the LORD?"

That's what happens. They come after those who believe in God!

• they hate God
• they don't want God
• they don't even want to mention it

The Democrat National Convention only mentioned God once in all of it! So, let's see how that works. because when men do that, then Satan gets active.

1-Pet. 5—this shows the way that elders should be and all of us in the Church at the same time.

1-Peter 5:5: "In the same manner, you younger men be subject to the older men; and all of you be subject to one another, being clothed with humility because God sets Himself against the proud, but He gives grace to the humble."

That's how we come to God in a world that is filled with lawlessness!

• we yield to Him
• we believe in His Word
• we believe in His Laws
• we believe in His Commandments
• we believe in His Holy Spirit
• we believe in His salvation
• we believe in His love

Verse 6: "Be humbled, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that He may exalt you in due time… [the resurrection] … casting all your cares upon Him, because He cares for you" (vs 6-7).

Now Peter says this so that we do not go out and try and do it our own way. Just like Eduardo said in his message, trusting in God with all your heart, with all your mind, with all your soul, with all your being!

Here's why; v 8: "Be sober! Be vigilant! For your adversary the devil…"

This is talking to elders especially, because Satan likes to get in if he can get someone to change it, to subvert it. We've all lived through that, haven't we? All that is done. And look at Christianity today.

Verse 8: "Be sober! Be vigilant! For your adversary the devil is prowling about as a roaring lion, seeking anyone he may devour."

Satan is always going to be there and never in the history of the world have we had so many things that bring shades of:

• satanism
• humanism
• exaltation of self
• exaltation of human effort

than we have today! All you have to do is turn on the television, or your smart-phone.

Verse 9: "Whom resist…"

• we resist with the Spirit of God
• we resist by having belief in God
• we resist by following His Way

Verse 9: "Whom resist, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are being fulfilled among your brethren who are in the world." Satan comes in; it's an opportunity for him!

2-Tim. 2—Paul also gives the same warning. He's warning Timothy of what's going to happen. This shows a way to avoid being taken in.

2-Timothy 2:15: "Diligently study to show yourself approved unto God..."

That's for all elders. particularly that's what we are to do. Completely:

• study, study, restudy
• understand
• analyze
• put together
• prayer
• speaking
• teaching

All of that's combined there!

Verse 15: "Diligently study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of the Truth."

Using the Truth of God properly! Rightly doing it! How many times has it been used wrongly?

Verse 16: "But avoid profane and vain babblings because they will only give rise to more ungodliness"—which leads to more lawlessness and rejection of God!

Verse 17: "And their words will eat away at the body like gangrene; of whom are Hymeneus and Philetus, who have gone astray from the Truth…" (vs 17-18).

Now look at that. The reason we are where we are today is because the Church went astray from the Truth. And those:

• who really love the Truth
• who really love God
• who hold on to the Truth

and those elders who do the same thing:

• value the Word of God
• teach the Word of God

It will be exactly as we started out!

Whom God sends speaks the words of God! If that isn't done:

Verse 25: "In meekness correcting those who set themselves in opposition; if perhaps God may grant them repentance unto acknowledging of the Truth, and that they may wake up and escape from the devil's snare, who have been taken captive by him to do his will" (vs 25-26).

2-Timothy 3:1: "Know this also, that in the last days perilous times shall come."

Here's what's going to happen. No one is going to be exempt from anything that God has said. No one!

Mark 4:22—right here is one single powerful verse. We need to understand this for self-correction for us, but also to know that sooner or later God is going to take care of the world. When the Judgment Day has come everyone's going to give an account for what he's done!

Mark 4:22: "For there is nothing hidden…"

• no secret
• no plan
• no whatever

"…that shall not be made manifest; nor has any secret thing taken place, but that it should come to light. If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear" (vs 22-23).

In other words, you better pay attention because this is going to happen. When is it going to happen?

Matt. 12—Let's see what else Jesus said here, because it's not going to be forgotten. I can tell you this at my age that there are things I can remember now when I was younger that I had completely forgotten about. But what about it? It's there in my mind someplace, and there it comes up.

Matthew 12:34: "Offspring of vipers…" He's talking to all of the Pharisees and so forth!

Look at what happened at the temple in the days of Jesus Christ. The high priests, all the priests, most of the Pharisees, and many people wanted to kill Christ. They finally succeeded in doing that. So he says here, let's think about this.

Verse 34: "Offspring of vipers…" That's what Jesus called them!

By the way, the Greek word that is translated in English for fool is moron! So think of that next time you read 'fool'; it's the moron.

Verse 34: "Offspring of vipers, how are you able to speak good things, being evil? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks."

Sooner or later, the depths of what you are inside comes out. That's why those whom God sends speaks the words of God!

Verse 35: "The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings out good things; and the wicked man out of the wicked treasure brings out wicked things.

Like I said at the beginning, 'in Him we live and move and have our being.' That is every man, woman, and child in the world who has ever been or will be!

Verse 36: "But I say to you, for every idle word that men may speak, they shall be held accountable in the Day of Judgment."

Now, I bring this out from this point of view, because there are so many things taking place today:

• idle words
• vain words
• secret plots
• conspiracies

all of these sort of things going on at the highest level down to the lowest level. Corruption of satanism and it's moving in like Sodom and Gomorrah as never before. So we've got to stay faithful and true to God!

Verse 37: " For by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned."

Now that tells us that what God is doing with us is absolutely fantastic that:

• we can become converted
• have our minds renewed with the power of the Holy Spirit
• understand the Word of God

And with the lawlessness that is going on, we have wisdom and understanding how to live. How to stay close to God and not get involved in it, because a little leaven will leaven the whole lump, and it will sooner or later take it down.

James 1 tells us about belief and Law and what we should do and how we should do it. James i2 the half-brother of Jesus Now, this shows that we still have to fight against human nature.

James 1:16: "Do not deceive yourselves, my beloved brethren. Every good act of giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with Whom there is no variation, nor shadow of turning" (vs 16-17).

God is the same—like it says of Christ—yesterday, today, and forever!

Verse 18: "According to His own will…"

That's why we're here, by the will of God! We can't choose the generation we are living in. We're here. We have to face the generation. We have to understand what we need to do.

Verse 18: "According to His own will, He begat us by the Word of Truth… [and the Holy Spirit] …that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all His created beings." God is developing His Family!

• always keep that in mind
• always have that in the forefront of your thinking

Verse 19: "For this reason, my beloved brethren, let every man be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger, because man's wrath does not work out God's righteousness" (vs 19-20).

Then he tells us how we're able to not get captured into the lawlessness that we have all around us.

Verse 21: "Therefore, having rid yourselves of all filthiness and all the abounding of wickedness around you…"

Don't get sucked in by the things that are taking you away from God.

Verse 22: "Then be doers of the Word, and not only hearers…" Living by it, because it says in:

Romans 2:13 "Because the hearers of the Law are not just before God…"

A lot of people can hear it, but they ignore it, or they hear it and don't do it.

"…but the doers… [what you do] …of the Law shall be justified" (v 13).

Same exact thing as what James is preaching back here:

James 1:22: "Then be doers of the Word, and not only hearers, deceiving your own selves, because if anyone is a hearer of the Word and not a doer, this one is like a man considering his natural face in a mirror. Who, after looking at himself, went away and immediately forgot what he was like" (vs 22-24).

So, the next time you look in the mirror, ask yourself a question, because we all talk to ourselves: Who are you really?

Understand what he's saying here! We need to come to God for strength and help in all of these times we're living in!

Verse 25: "But the one who has looked into the perfect law of freedom…"

That's what we are to look to, not to self, as you see yourself in the mirror. We are to look:

• to the Laws of God
• the commandments of God
• the love of God
• the Truth of God
• the words of God

"…and has continued in it, this one himself has not become a forgetful hearer, but is a doer of the work. This one shall be blessed in his actions" (v 25).

That's what we need to look to. This is how we survive in this world where there is

• more lawlessness
• more satanism
• more atheism than there is belief

So that's why we need to stay close to God through His Word with His Spirit. This is how in this generation that we can:

• stay close to God
• keep the Truth
• hold fast to what is right
• encourage and help each other
• accomplish what God wants to do in our lives

I know at times it gets difficult and at times we're alone and at times we may get discouraged because of things going on. But remember this:

• God is in charge
• He knows everything
• He'll help us out of it
• He will bless us
• He will guide us
