All of the Messianic Jews who keep the Passover on the 15th day are mistaken. They are keeping the Passover of the Diaspora, because the 14th Passover could not be kept out of the geographical territory of Israel.
So in the Diaspora, they could keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread and the Night To Be Much Observed to the Lord, beginning on the 15th. However, they didn't want to admit that they were exiled from their land because of their sins. As a result, they renamed the Seven Day Feast of Unleavened Bread the Passover. Their first day of Passover is actually the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is the 15th of Nisan. This practice goes clear back to the Babylonia Captivity in 586 BC.
Thus, the Messianic Jews who are encouraging Christians to keep a 15th Seder meal, telling them it is the Passover are misleading nominal Christians to keep the Passover of the Diaspora, which is a day later than the one that God commanded to be kept.
Jesus and the apostles kept a 14th Passover. They never kept a 15th Passover. They never kept a Seder meal as traditional Judaism has it today. Jesus taught the disciples to keep the 14th with foot washing, partaking of broken unleavened bread, symbolizing the flesh of Jesus. Then they partook of wine, symbolizing His blood.
Just before Jesus ascended into Heaven for the final time, He commanded the apostles to 'go into all the world' [See Below] and teach all nations everything He taught them. Because of this commandment, Jesus nullified the Diaspora 15th Passover for those who follow Christ. As a result, the dichotomy we have today between the 14th & 15th still exists. And the Messianic Jews STILL reject Jesus' instructions by keeping a 15th Passover and teaching Judaism, while claiming to follow the Scriptures and Jesus Christ. A similar parallel runs this way: Protestants & Catholics keep Sunday claiming to follow Christ and they reject the Seventh-Day Sabbath. So we can apply this to the 14th & 15th Passover problem. Same thing.

Matthew 28:18-20: 'And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore, go and make disciples in all nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit; Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you. And lo, I am with you always, even until the completion of the age." Amen.' [A Faithful Version]
NOTE:
Nisan 14 begins Thursday, March 29, 2018 at sunset. The New Testament Passover should begin shortly after that at approximately 7:45 pm, with no meal.
Nisan 15: The Night To Be Much Observed to the Lord beginning at sunset, March 30, 2018. The day portion of Nisan 15 is March 31st.
These are the correct dates.
